To determine what you size of VCI box liner or VCI pallet cover you need in your VCI packaging application, see the following the steps below.
Inner Box Liner
1. For the bag length, add 1" to the box length 2. For the bag gusset, add 1" to the box width 3. For the bag depth add 1/2 length plus 1/2 width plus height plus 4" for a tie off.
1. For the bag width, add 2" to the pallet length. 2. For the bag gusset, add 2" to the pallet width 3. For the bag length add one half of the pallet width plus the pallet height plus 5.
